The room was nice, but the AC was super loud and kept me up.

i was almost ready to give a glowing review of this place till i noticed the filthy bathroom with hair everywhere! not to mention, the shockingly cramped room left no space for my things. i suppose i should've asked for some special treatment since i’m obviously more esteemed than the average traveler, but alas, no one seemed to note my superiority.

Nuea Santa Cruz offers a great experience with a decent-sized room featuring a nice en-suite bathroom. The breakfast was a simple but varied buffet, including hot dishes. The staff was remarkably accommodating, as they prepared a picnic breakfast for our early morning train ride. The location was also perfect for exploring the city's sights on foot, enhancing our overall stay.

We had a fantastic time with friends exploring the local spots. Perfect location made it easy to visit the historic cathedral and the beautiful Plaza de España. The self-serve breakfast was a nice touch, and the staff was always ready to help. Our room was clean and matched the pictures, giving us everything we needed.

The check-in process was a bit complicated, as there wasn't a traditional reception. We had to use an app, which delayed us by around an hour until we sorted it out.
